Ararat
Founded in 1960, Ararat was published by the Armenian General Benevolent Union in Boston. The magazine would run until 2008, and in that time would publish many of the most important Armenian writers and intellectuals. Among contributors were both William and Aram Saroyan, as well as Saroyan relatives Archie Minasian, Kathryn Manoogian, Adam Bagdasarian, William Michaelian, Charles Janigian, and Bruce Janigian.
Saroyan appeared several times in Ararat, and the magazine dedicated two full issues to Saroyan's writing after his death, including one featuring his top ten favorite stories in 2002.
